This graph shows the amount of deflection for each type of splint.
The control group had a deflection of one centimeter, the SAM splint had
point seven centimeters of deflection, the wire splint had point nine centimeters,
the air splint and cardboard had a deflection of point eight centimeters
of deflection.
This graph shows the amount each splint deflected when pressure was
applied. The wire splint and the air splint run together because they had
a deflection of point eight cenimeters. The SAM splint and the wire splint
connect at their end points because they had the same amount of deflection
after the final amount of pressure was applied.
