Hi, my name is Felisha. At the time I conducted this science project I was 13 years old. Environmental science was a good choice of topics for me personally because, I am strongly interested in the environment and the effect that humans have on it. At the Washington State Science and Engineering Fair in Bremerton, Washington, I received a first place award, for my grade, overall. I also received the DYSC award at State.
My Family My family is very big. I have one older sister and 3 younger sisters. My older sister and my youngest sister are my half sisters. My other two sisters are my step sisters. I have a step mother named Shelly and a real mom named Kimberly, everyone calls her Kim. My dad's name is Stephen, although, some people call him Steve. I live with my mother most of the time and have weekly visitation with my dad.
My Hobbies and Interests My favorite sport in the whole world is basketball, I have played it since I was 9. I played my first year of fast pitch at the age of 13. I like it, but not as much as basketball. I love to read all kinds of stories, and write them. I enjoy going to the movies, hanging with friends and spending time with my family.
My Plans for the Future I hope to be a lawyer when I get older. I love to write stories, so I wouldn't mind becoming a writer. I hope to get a full scholarship to the best collage possible and maybe play college basketball. I don't want to make basketball a career. Some day I hope to have a family of my own and, of course, live happily ever after.
