Who I interviewed and what I learned
I interviewed Mrs.
Petzinger the owner of Essencia Bakery. I learned some much! She
taught me that now some chocolate is being made by one specific cocoa
bean rather then multiple kinds of beans. Back in the olden days when
people had very little money they would use cocoa bean for money. What
I enjoyed most was I got to try some chocolate and in my opinion they
were good.
